The concept brings treatment information and specialist profiles into the same app as booking and appointment management. Cream, blush and sage carry the clinic-inspired direction, with Cormorant Garamond headings and DM Sans for practical details.
I designed and prototyped the app. Jishnu Sathish visited the clinic and gathered colour direction, doctor information, services and clinic background.
The design challenge
Who it is for
Clinic visitors exploring care and managing their appointments.
The central task
Compare treatments, find a specialist and understand the booking details.
The design tension
Balance a reassuring visual tone with practical information about time, treatment and cost.
Grounded in the actual clinic.
Jishnu Sathish visited the clinic and gathered the colour direction, doctor information, services and background details. I used those inputs to shape the app’s visual language and content.
Clinic colour direction
The cream, blush and sage palette connects the app to the clinic.
Doctors and their backgrounds
Real names, photographs and specialist information give the profile screens their content.
Services and clinic information
The treatment catalogue and clinic introduction organize what a visitor can learn before booking.
From discovering care to checking a visit.
The screen set connects four main destinations: Home, Services, Book and Profile.
Discover — Treatments and specialist profiles introduce the available care.
Choose — Booking screens separate service selection from doctor and date selection.
Confirm — The confirmation provides a place to check an appointment.
Manage — Profile, appointment details and skin preferences support return visits.
The next appointment leads the home screen. Book, Services and Offers sit directly below it, followed by treatment shortcuts and specialist profiles. The catalogue gives treatment descriptions, price examples and booking entry their own space.
Home supports a returning visitor; the catalogue provides more detail for someone exploring a treatment.
Keep the appointment details together.
A dedicated view groups treatment, specialist, date, time, duration and status before showing clinic details and the fee estimate. Reschedule and cancellation controls follow the summary, so appointment management has one clear place.
Appointment summary, clinic location and itemized estimate in one view.
Give personal care information its own home.
Profile separates account and appointment information from skin preferences. Skin type, concerns and allergies have a dedicated screen, keeping the home screen focused on discovery and the next visit.
Personal information is organized behind the profile destination.
Soft surfaces. Clearer actions.
Cream carries the main canvas; blush groups related content, sage holds appointment information and a deeper rose identifies actions. A serif and sans-serif pairing separates the clinic’s character from practical details.
Cormorant Garamond + DM Sans
Expressive headings give the app its tone. The sans serif carries labels, dates, prices and form content.
Colour roles: Cream, Blush, Sage, Rose.
Components in context
Appointment summary
Treatment, date and status form one recognizable information group on Home.
Service shortcuts
Repeated icon tiles provide entry points to booking, services and offers.
Primary and secondary actions
Solid rose gives the main action weight; a softer blush treatment distinguishes the alternative.
Appointment summaries, service shortcuts and action styles repeat across the clinic experience.
Calm should still be legible.
A soft palette suits the clinic identity, but pale accents need enough definition for actions and secondary text. Deepening the rose keeps that identity while making important controls easier to distinguish.
A clinic experience, from discovery to appointment details.
I designed and prototyped a fourteen-screen app concept covering treatment discovery, specialist information, booking and personal care preferences. The cream, blush and sage identity carries across these different tasks, with appointment information brought into a dedicated detail view.
Reflection & next questions
The next evaluation would focus on choosing a treatment and understanding an appointment summary. A real clinic service would also need approved consent, pricing and availability policies.
